Much of therapy today overlooks the complexity and uniqueness of the whole person. My goal is to provide you with an accessible, evidence-based focus crafted to your specific needs.
For the past 10 years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, (MH15384), I’ve been passionate about providing integrative, evidence-based care that truly makes a difference. I’m trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other proven approaches, allowing me to tailor therapy to what works best for you. Whether you’re an individual seeking personal growth or a couple wanting to improve communication and connection, I’m here to help you create meaningful change. When you’re ready, let’s schedule a call and take that first step together.
Together, we can get a handle on your anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, co-dependency, life-transitions, and more.
Marital, pre-marital, and family counseling to help create forever-bonds between husband and wife, parents and children.
If in-person appointments aren't possible, Florida-based clients can access my HIPAA compliant telehealth services.
For clients who desire it, I can integrate a Christian perspective into our work, drawing from my seminary education and experience. If faith isn’t something you want to include—or if you hold a different belief system—I fully respect that, and our sessions will focus entirely on the approach that feels right for you.
I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together!

Yes! I have various appointment times available throughout the week, depending on the day with sessions available usually as soon as the following week.
I'm available Monday through Friday. I can potentially meet as early as 8:00a if that is needed, but that depends on availability as does my later evening appointments with my latest appointment starting at 5pm. Please call to inquire about specific dates and times.
I'm closed on all major holidays.
Out of pocket sessions are $130 per therapeutic hour.
However, depending on your financial situation, I do offer a sliding fee scale based on income that can reduce sessions to as low as $90. Proof of income is required.
I am currently an In-Network provider for Aetna, United Health, Cigna, Oscar Health, and Oxford.
If you're using insurance, your provider will determine your rate per session depending on whether you've met your deductible. But don't worry. You'll know what your cost is prior to our first session.
If I am out of network for your provider, I can offer a Superbill for reimbursements to be made directly to your from you insurance, depending on their policies.
One of my favorite questions.
I believe therapy is relational. Not all therapists, approaches, personalities, areas of expertise, etc. are going to meet the needs of all clients. I want to make sure I can meet yours. Our first session will be an initial consultation where we can get to know one another. I want you to ask me questions as much as I ask you.
Sometimes, after meeting, after assessing your needs and goals, I may not be the best fit for you. If that is ever the case, I will be happy to provide you with appropriate referrals.
Counseling depends on your personal situation. However, most start with therapy once a week and in time many transition to every other week or once a month.
It's understandable if life happens and you need to reschedule an appointment. Missed or cancelled sessions (not due to an emergency or illness) within 24 hours will result in a charge for the full session fee. Missed session fees will be charged on midnight of the day of the missed session automatically.
Conversations between a counselor and a client are governed by the ethical standards of our profession and remain private unless we receive written consent from the client. There are only three exceptions.
Should you ever want that I communicate with someone within your family or even a former therapist, a signed release of information consent will be necessary.
